Shincha (新茶) literally means "new tea". It comes from the very first harvest of spring 2025, in Shizuoka, an iconic region for the greatest Japanese teas.
After several dormant winter months, the tea plants concentrate all the minerals absorbed from the soil in their young leaves. The result: an incomparably fresh, sweet, almost sugary cup, with no bitterness 🌿💚

☕ BREWING TIPS (HOT OR COLD)
🌡️ Hot brew:
• 2 to 3 g (≈ 1 teaspoon)
• 200 ml of water at 75°C
• 1 minute infusion
🔁 Second infusion possible:
• Water at 80°C
• 30 seconds are enough
❄️ Cold brew (summer):
Infuse for several hours in cold water for an incredibly smooth and refreshing drink.
