🏆 Florina peppers — called Florinis peppers — are a protected variety, cultivated only in this region of northern Greece. Their intense red color, thin skin, and naturally sweet taste make them a cult product of Greek gastronomy. Each pepper is peeled by hand to preserve its natural aromas.

🏺 Produced by the Naoumidis family, in Agios Panteleimon (Florina region), this purée is made using an artisanal method: organic beechwood-grilled peppers, carefully selected organic eggplants, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, and a dash of lemon. Nothing industrial: only authentic ingredients for a rich, smoky, and deeply Mediterranean taste.
