🫖 Preparation (simple & perfect)
1 g of matcha (1 small level scoop)

70 ml of water at 70–75 °C
Whisk for a few seconds (chasen or frother) until a fine and creamy foam is obtained.
For a latte: pour over a plant-based milk — oat milk recommended 💛
