At Naoumidis, each organic pepper is wood-fired roasted, peeled by hand, then simmered for over 3 hours. The result? A melting texture and rare aromatic depth:

In Agios Panteleimon, at the foot of Mount Vorra (610m altitude), the Naoumidis family cultivates Florinis peppers on an isolated 80-acre farm. Their mission: to preserve the purity of this unique variety.
They:
